”you say,“can i use your back?”“pass me the case, please”.you say,“pass me the kiss, please” obviously, here you mispronounced the two words “bike”and “case”.
that will certainly cause misunderstanding. besides, tones of different voice can also mean difference. for instance,“london bridge is falling down, fall- ing down, my fair lady”,“london bridge is falling down!
”you are excited, again“london bridge is falling down, falling down, my fair lady”,“london bridge is falling down”you are so sad, right?
