青岛市高三初一轮复习有效教学模式初探
2012年11月9日（星期五）, 青岛市高三一轮复习高效教学模式暨青岛市城乡交流课堂教学研讨活动在胶州一中顺利举行。青岛市高中英语中心小组、青岛市9+1高考研究小组的部分成员和青岛市90多名高中英语教师参加了活动。
本次活动有两个主题：一是开展城乡高中英语教学交流，**愉快课堂的构建方法，进一步提高教学效果；二是贯彻全市复习研讨会精神，在教材复习、语法复习等方面展示和交流优秀的教学方法。
全体与会人员首先观摩了胶州一中的赵丽老师的高三教材复习课（the great sports personality）、胶州四中王秀妮老师高三一轮复习语法课（非谓语动词专题）、青岛一中张继怀老师的高二阅读课（**all talk，m1, b6)。三位教师教学理念先进，教学设计新颖，教学方法灵活，学生参与学习的积极性高涨，知识掌握扎实，方法领略到位。课后开展互动讨论和课堂评价交流活动。
首先，教师对课堂设计进行了介绍和反思，然后进行了参与式课堂评价和互动式讨论。在互动过程中，老师们对三个班级表达了自己的看法以己对自己的启发。最后青岛市高中英语中心组、 “9+1”高考研究小组成员青岛一中王淑凤老师做了精彩点评。
王老师从课的构思和教师课堂表现以及学生的课堂反应三大方面高度赞扬了这三节课：这三节课都是“常态课”，老师们不是单纯的为了“愉悦”而愉悦课堂，而是通过有效的实实在在的方法来实现了真正的愉悦课堂！
通过听课评课，老师们对新课程理念又有了更深层次的理解，对于今年的信息技术与学科整合的远程培训又有了新的认识，纷纷表示在今后的教学中要把今天的三节课的精华充分合理的运用到自己的教学过程中去，努力打造真正的“愉悦课堂”、“高效课堂”。我们相信这项活动将对我市高中英语教学产生积极的影响。

教研活动简报
2015年10月13日**：雅灰小学英语教研组作者：梁恒文
2015年10月12日上午，扬武小学李校长、王主任带领部分老师一同来到雅灰小学，与雅灰小学的英语组教师进行“同课异构”交流活动。
这次英语教研活动具有很大的意义，通过这次英语教学互动，促进了两个学校英语教师的教学发展，也让一些年轻老师反思自己在教学中的不足，以便在以后教学中不断改进。10月12日上午第一节课，首先由我校的梁恒文老师在六（3）班给大家上公开课，他上的课题是《 unit 4 the mid-autumn festival is ***ing period 1 》，他英语知识面广，口语流畅，并充分利用肢体语言和眼神来带动学生，使学生很快融入到英语学习和交流的环境之中，课堂气氛很好，学生积极回答问题，老师带动学生进行角色表演和拓展表演，可以说是一堂较为高效的课堂。
第二节课接着由扬武小学的杨艳老师在六（1）班给大家上同一个主题的课，杨老师用**让大家很快进入英语学习的角色，用图画导入教学主题，在教学英语新单词的时候，杨老师很耐心地通过组合词语来教学单词，又先让学生了解名词的单数，然后给出**让学生了解名词复数形式，并给出连线练习题，方式多样，让学生把单词易学并牢记得深。在教学对话的时候，杨老师让学生把书合上，给出问题让学生仔细听，听过两遍之后给出答案，这样培养学生的听力很好，并通过大屏幕把课文呈现在上面，学生能够看着大屏幕集中精力来读课文，本堂课重点突出，学生能够轻松地接受知识。
在上完课之后，老师们集中办公室，先由这两位老师把自己的授课情况向大家汇报，然后由扬武小学的王主任，雅灰小学的石主任以及所有听课的老师一一对这两位老师的上课情况作出点评。最后，由扬武小学李校长总结。在这次交流中，老师们对这两位老师的不足之处提出了很多的宝贵意见和建议，但是大家都对他们精彩的课堂发挥以及有条不紊地组织课堂教学大为喝彩，纷纷表示收获颇多。
为两校英语教师今后的教学指明了方向。教学科研活动受到与会领导和教师的欢迎和好评，达到了预期目标。这次英语教研活动不仅为这两个学校的英语教师提供了一个相互学习的平台，也有利于老师们教学水平的提高，尤其是有很多的新教师，更是对他们英语教学的成长，有着重要的意义！
