喜欢舞蹈是幼儿纯真的共性，作为舞蹈老师是儿童美的教育启蒙者，是在孩子幼小心灵中播下舞蹈种子的'园丁。本学期舞蹈启蒙班又开课了，我们将根据本班幼儿的实际年龄、基础进行严格的舞蹈训练。该班幼儿大部分是小班的孩子，她们喜欢舞蹈，对跳舞有一定的兴趣爱好，但是从未接触正规的舞蹈训练，所以在教学过程中，会选择有效的训练步骤对她们进行训练。如：
幼儿节奏差，我现在所教的幼儿都在3——5岁之间，在训练中要求他（她）们能自动的在一个音乐节奏上，随音乐旋律变化而改变节奏。
幼儿控制能力差，每个动作的起和收都摆胯，在练习中要求幼儿起得准，收得稳，进行基本的控制训练。并且有计划地进行动作训练。我现在教的是启蒙班，得先从上肢有节奏的动作开始，再练习脚的动作，然后手脚配合动作。
感情是舞蹈的灵魂，幼儿往往只注意舞蹈步伐和动作而表达不出感情。感情是通过眼睛来表达的。在训练中，要启发幼儿的内在感情，就要训练幼儿的眼睛，让幼儿的眼睛随着老师所指方向移动，能在空间利用假设目标而转动。同时根据每课时所学内容，结合各种舞步、手位动作，教给幼儿成品舞，指导幼儿有表情的表现出不同类型的舞蹈，逐步培养幼儿舞蹈的创编及表现力。具体安排如下：

眨眼，我们又迎来了一个崭新的学期。这是一个特殊而又有意义的学期。本学期开始，我们的孩子上大班了，成了幼儿园里的大哥哥、大姐姐了!作为孩子，他们的学习任务更为艰巨了，他们要开始为上小学做好各项行为和心理上的准备工作;作为老师，我们也感受到了沉重的责任使命，开始为孩子是否在幼儿园做好了充分的知识、技能的准备而焦虑。这些都鞭笞着我们加紧步伐，奋力前进。
一、本班情况分析
本班共有幼儿35名，其中男生20名，女生15名，新生插班生6名。在经过了小班、中班的学习后，幼儿在各个方面都有了很大的提高，大部分幼儿能遵守班内的各项规章制度，能与同伴友好相处，并能帮助有困难的幼儿;在游戏时，能做到玩具大家分享;我班大多数幼儿的口头表达能力较好，能清晰的表达自己的想法和意愿;幼儿在自我服务方面也有了很大的进步，能自己的事情自己做，并能帮助老师、家长做一些力所能及的事情。但是由于幼儿年龄差距以及自身各方面发展的强度不同，所表现出来的能力参差不齐。有的孩子在我园已有3年的学习经验，对于常规已经较为了解，但是作为其他园的插班生显然很陌生;有的孩子已有一年的大班学习经验，对教学知识较为熟悉，而有的孩子从外地转入，其原有学习经验很匮乏;同样的老生也存在很大的自理能力、表达能力、倾听能力上的不同。因此，面对幼儿的个别差异，我们应该根据他们的具体情况具体分析，采取具有针对性地教育方法，使他们能够健康快乐的成长
二、指导思想
本学期，我班的班级工作将以《纲要》为准绳，围绕区教研室的工作计划，紧密结合我园教研计划思路与目标要求，根据本班幼儿的心理、年龄特点和发展水平切实抓好班级教育教学常规管理;本着谦卑的态度提高自身的教育教学技能，使自己在不断学习、不断实践、不断反思的过程中与孩子结伴成长。
三、具体目标及解决策略
(一)能够大胆、主动、礼貌的进行交往，有良好的交往习惯。
1.通过日常的培养，初步形成幼儿良好的行为习惯。
(1)利用晨间谈话或自由活动时间，和幼儿共同讨论幼儿怎样做才是文明的行为，并制定相应的内容。
(2)和幼儿共同学习礼貌用语，提高幼儿进行礼貌交往的意识。
(3)定期与同年龄班的幼儿进行交往，利用各种幼儿园开放活动，让其他老师、家长走进班级，增加幼儿的交往机会和技能。

(四)强化幼儿生活自理能力与营造良好的教育环境。
1、保持干净整洁的环境卫生，为幼儿营造安全、舒适的生活环境。
2、继续教给幼儿一些自我服务能力和自我保护的一些常识。全班人员要做到因人施教，注重幼儿的个别差异，对能力弱的幼儿给予特殊帮助，使他们在原有水平上有所提高。
3、每天注意检查幼儿的喝水量，根据活动量的大小为幼儿及时增减衣服。
4、加强幼儿的生活自理能力的培养。结合园里的运动会和生活自理能力比赛活动，进行有针对的训练。
(五)让家长成为我们工作的支持者与参与者。
本班多数家长较配合班级工作，愿意参加班级的各种活动，尤其是升入大班后，家长更为关心孩子在数字、语言、美术等方面的知识水平。表示愿意积极配合老师进行个别指导。但很少家长顾及幼儿综合素质能力的培养。
1、利用早晚家长接送幼儿的短暂时间与家长接触，了解和介绍幼儿情况，相互沟通提出建议等。
2、运用家校互联平台，随时与家长取得联系，个别交换意见，互通情况信息。
3、以家长园地形式向家长介绍幼儿园和班级活动安排和教育计划，宣传家教科学知识、指导方法，介绍家教经验经。
4、召开家长会，家长开放日，向家长介绍幼儿园的有关制度;本学期园内的大型活动项目;对幼儿在上学期的生活、学习情况作详细总结;分析班级存在的不足，希望得到家长的谅解与支持。同时，教师还鼓励家长大胆提合理化意见，以便本班保教工作的改进。
5、通过各种作品的评比，激发家长的参与性，充分发挥家长这一重要资源。
6、共建家园联系的桥梁，通过论坛、成长册、个别谈话等形式及时向家长反馈教学内容、幼儿在园情况等，提出适合的家教方法，共同配合，促进幼儿的全面发展。
(六)挖掘班级内涵，彰显班级特色。
这学期我们班环境布置依然用到的元素是以毛线为主，通过编、团、黏贴、扎等形式将其利用到环境布置当中。由于毛线的可塑性较强，收集、利用广泛，因此在这学期中，我们也将通过幼儿共同参与的形式布置班级，在培养幼儿动手能力的同时，也培养幼儿初步形成班级责任感。
1、美术作品中，我们也将充分利用毛线这一资源，让幼儿体验别具风格的美术活动。如：毛线粘画、毛线娃娃、美丽的毛线相框等。
2、进行长期的废旧毛线收集，让孩子成为班级的主人，自主地搜集各类毛线。
3、利用毛线与其他元素的组合，扩张毛线的元素魅力。例如：与纸盘、纸杯、卡纸等材料的结合运用。
(七)重视幼儿安全工作，提升幼儿自我保护意识。
1、利用晨间谈话时间,向幼儿传授有关自我保护方面的知识,包括一些常规和体育游戏锻炼中常出现的危险情况。
2、加强常规的管理,避免幼儿在日常的教育教学活动中受到意外的伤害。教给他们面临常见危机的应对方法。
3、引导幼儿认识几种常见的危险标志，并能学习根据不同的标志和信号作出反应，保护自己的身体。
4、幼儿的安全工作常抓不懈，把好接送关。
5、在进行户外活动和剧烈运动前后，做好充分的准备工作和放松运动，以免突发安全事件发生。
6、做好秋冬季节预防感冒、传染病的宣传工作和日常管理工作，做到提醒幼儿及时添减衣物、多喝水以及卫生工作。
喜欢舞蹈是幼儿纯真的共性，作为舞蹈老师是儿童美的教育启蒙者，是在孩子幼小心灵中播下舞蹈种子的园丁。本学期舞蹈启蒙班又开课了，我们将根据本班幼儿的实际年龄、基础进行严格的舞蹈训练。该班幼儿大部分是小班的孩子，她们喜欢舞蹈，对跳舞有一定的兴趣爱好，但是从未接触正规的舞蹈训练，所以在教学过程中，会选择有效的训练步骤对她们进行训练。如：
1、节奏训练
幼儿节奏差，我现在所教的幼儿都在3——5岁之间，在训练中要求他（她）们能自动的在一个音乐节奏上，随音乐旋律变化而改变节奏。
2、基本训练
幼儿控制能力差，每个动作的起和收都摆胯，在练习中要求幼儿起得准，收得稳，进行基本的控制训练。并且有计划地进行动作训练。我现在教的是启蒙班，得先从上肢有节奏的动作开始，再练习脚的动作，然后手脚配合动作。
3、感情训练
感情是舞蹈的灵魂，幼儿往往只注意舞蹈步伐和动作而表达不出感情。感情是通过眼睛来表达的。在训练中，要启发幼儿的内在感情，就要训练幼儿的眼睛，让幼儿的眼睛随着老师所指方向移动，能在空间利用假设目标而转动。同时根据每课时所学内容，结合各种舞步、手位动作，教给幼儿成品舞，指导幼儿有表情的表现出不同类型的舞蹈，逐步培养幼儿舞蹈的创编及表现力。具体安排如下：

一、教学目标：
1、培养学员良好的学习习惯（坐姿、执笔姿势、课堂专注能力、动手动脑及合作能力等）。
2、培养学员对图形、物体的观察能力、想象能力及造型能力。
3、培养和提升学员的绘画兴趣，激发学员的创新意识。
二、教学内容：
1、本学期教学内容着重以直线类造型为主，如房屋、车船、花卉草虫等为素材，展开对物体的点、线、面、形、色彩的探讨和塑造。
2、在对主体物塑造的基础上，激发学员积极动手动脑、发挥想象，对画面的添画等实践。（相关绘画技能技巧知识将有序渗透。）
3、引领学员树立相互学习、交流、合作的学习氛围，创设一个良好的班级集体。
三、关于家庭作业：
1、能简单口述课堂教学过程；正确演示执笔姿势和坐姿及工具使用与爱护。
2、观察环境，寻找物件，说说物件形的构造（如方形、圆形、梯形、三角形，竖线、横线、斜线，方点、圆点、大小等分，等。对物件的立体构造暂不作要求）。
3、根据每堂教学内容，完成一副相同或类似的画，根据学员实际情形，大框架家长可协助完成（近阶段），局部由学员独立完成。以后（下阶段）整幅画面须由学员独立完成。力求使所学知识及时得到巩固和提高。
我班幼过经过半年的绘画学习，绘画技能有了很大的进步，想象力、创造力也有所发展，但也有部份幼儿仍机械地模仿教师的`范画。为了提高幼儿的绘画兴趣与水平，为了让幼儿有充分展示的机会，发展幼儿形象思维，大胆想象，勇于创新，本学期继续在选材方面，教师将根据幼儿年龄特点、社会活动、情感体验、主题活动、幼儿实际水平和生活经验选择切实可行的题材。内容的选择没有固定性，可广泛寻找、有机调整。
在绘画活动中，运用情绪激励法、观察分析法、演示想象法等。用最直观的演示方法帮助幼儿找到目标。让幼儿以角色身份完成作品，使美术活动游戏化。让幼儿扩大选择图形的范围，学会运用图形组合的方法表现物体的基本特征。主要学会以下几点：
1、引导幼儿接触周围环境和生活中美好的人、事、物，丰富他们的感性经验和审美情趣，激发他们表现美、创造美的情趣。
2、通过多种形式的美术活动，使幼儿体验到美术活动的乐趣，提高幼儿对美术活动的兴趣。
3、学习观察生活，了解生活，提高幼儿的观察力、记忆力、想象力和创作力，培养幼儿良好的个性品质。
4、运用各种线条和块面大胆地表现在生活中感受过的物体的基本形象和主要特征，大胆地按自己的意愿画画。
5、通过欣赏名画家的代表作，欣赏和评价同伴的美术作品，提高对美的欣赏力。
为了提高幼儿的绘画兴趣，教师的绘画示范程序要从易到难，指导时充分注意群体的、个别的需要。为幼儿设置小步递进的阶梯。树立以幼儿为主的意识，让幼儿大胆作画，达到≤幼儿园规程≥中所提到的：激励幼儿初步的感受美和表现美的情趣，在更大范围内发展幼儿的创造思维能力，不断提高幼儿审美及表现美的能力，才能更好实施新《纲要》。
幼儿园舞蹈班教学计划新学期新的开始，本学期由我担任舞蹈班的教学工作，通过 一周的教学实验课，我对各年龄班的幼儿基本情况有了大致了解，下面我根据幼儿年龄特点制定了本期的教学计划。
小班舞蹈课教学计划由于小班幼儿刚接触舞蹈，对一切都特别好奇，且兴趣较浓。因此在教学中要激发和保持这种兴趣。但小班幼儿的自制能力和接受能力较差，所以教学活动要形象、生动有趣。对于初学者，我们适当加入一些形体，如芭蕾手位，幼儿舞蹈的手位等。动作简单易懂，孩子易学会。 针对这些，我在小班教学中采用游戏的形式，让幼儿在玩中学、在乐中学。
中大班幼儿对舞蹈有了初步的接触，虽然且基本功达到了一定要求，但在这个学期中我们仍是以练习基本功为主，其中在添加一些成品舞蹈组合。基本训练勾绷脚、前压腿、弯腰练习、 前、后滚翻，掌握前、后滚翻的技巧，训练腿部控制能力。成品舞如《 小雨滴与小雪花》、《兔子舞》等
1、律动练习、节奏练习。根据不同的练习来选择相应的歌曲来表达游戏或律动，和模仿一些飞机、汽车、自行、车火车来激发幼儿对舞蹈的兴趣掌握身体协调，培养幼儿的节奏感。例如《拍手》、《动作模仿》、《小雨滴》等。
2、律动《娃娃》培养幼儿节奏与手脚动作的协调性。要求幼儿掌压垮的动作
3、律动《小雨点》模仿下雨动作。学习按照音乐的节奏使手臂和身体动作相协调，并进行勾绷脚练习。
5、律动《蜗牛》模仿蜗牛动作。初步培养幼儿对音乐、舞蹈的兴趣和节奏感，发展幼儿对音乐的感受力、记忆力、想象力、表现能力，陶冶幼儿的兴趣和品格。学习压垮和双腿跪等动作。
6、《小星星》学习 双腿跪和手握紧放开等一些基本动作。
7、《我们不怕大灰狼》模仿敲打大灰狼的动作。学习双手上下拍打和双腿跪等基本动作。
8、律动《头部动律组合》学习基本动作：低头与仰头、扭头 、探头、乌龟 头、加手臂式绕头等。
9、律动《手臂律动组合》学习压腕与提腕、手指练习、屈手练习、攸臂练习。
10、舞蹈《小雨滴与小雪花》学习基本动作：踮步、跳点步、旁点步等。
根据幼儿掌握和接受的情况还会适当的添加一些形体舞训练如《 波浪腰》、《 跪下腰》、《地面神身韵组合 》等。
在不知不觉之中，我们又迎来了新的学期，又迎来了长高了、懂事了的孩子们。看着孩子们一张张朝气蓬勃的笑脸，一双双稚气的眼睛，我们的心中充满了新的希望。新的一年，新的挑战，接受挑战。我们将继续遵循幼儿园“让入园的孩子快乐、健康、发展”的宗旨创造性的开展各项工作。
一、班级情况分析：
现本班共有幼儿名，男生人，女生人。经过上学期的学习与生活，虽然本班幼儿在语言、数学、社会、科学、音乐、体育等方面都有了很大的进步，但还存在着一些不足：具体表现在以下几个方面：

本学期的重点工作为做好幼小衔接工作。具体从以下两个方面入手：
(一)全面的入学准备工作。具体包括：
1、促进幼儿身体和动作的发展。重视体育活动，防治疾病，注意安全，使幼儿身心健康，并培养幼儿独立生活能力，完成力所能及的任务。
2、培养幼儿学习的兴趣和求知欲。用各种方法和手段激发幼儿对知识本身的兴趣，有学习新知识的要求和愿望，能从学习中得到满足和愉快，产生学习的主动性、积极性。引导幼儿看图书，培养良好的阅读习惯。发幼儿的智力。培养幼儿运用各种感觉器官观察事物的能力;培养幼儿的有意注意;发展幼儿的思维和语言能力。
3、培养幼儿动手操作的能力。学会使用简单的工具、文具，能运用材料改装或制作简单的玩具，会作一些科学小实验。
4、培养幼儿良好的个性品质。培养幼儿的责任感;懂得做任何事情都要努力，有始有终;能与人商量来解决纠纷，在活动中乐意合作、轮流、分享;有一定的是非观念和评价同伴行为的能力。
(二)对大班进行的专门的入学准备工作。具体包括：
1、培养幼儿向往入小学学习的感情，激发良好的入学动机和学习态度。鼓励幼儿努力学习，激发幼儿做一名优秀小学生的强烈愿望，有计划地向幼儿介绍小学生的学习和生活、各种行为规则等。
2、注意发展幼儿心理活动的有意性、稳定性，培养幼儿的责任感。向他们提出一些独立完成的学习、劳动任务，学会集中注意力，能够坚持完成所承担的任务。
3、不断提高幼儿的学习能力，特别重视培养幼儿读、写、算的能力。有计划地引导幼儿阅读，激发幼儿看书识字的愿望和兴趣;注重幼儿正确的书写姿势。继续将读、写、算渗透在幼儿的一日生活之中。
4、锻炼意志，培养自制力，形成良好的学习习惯。给予幼儿培养自制力、发展独立性、加强责任感的机会。鼓励幼儿尽量独立完成自己的事情。有计划地养成上课坐姿端正、专心听讲、举手发言的习惯，爱提问、多思考的习惯;姿势正确地握笔、拿书、看书、写字的习惯;爱护学习用品，保持书籍、作业整洁的习惯;认真完成学习任务的习惯和听信号迅速行动、严格遵守作息时间的习惯等。
常规工作：
1、良好的常规是顺利开展工作的前提，本学期，将重视幼儿常规的培养。建立良好的师生关系，加强师生间的互动与交流。关注每一个孩子，了解他们的需求。
2、注重结构性教学，选择一些文学性强的作品对幼儿进行教育，发展幼儿的口语表达能力，丰富幼儿的词汇。
3、继续深入开展主题探究活动，本学期将会围绕幼儿良好学习习惯的形成做一些相对小，针对性强一些的主题活动。帮助幼儿建构其知识，培养幼儿运用知识解决问题的能力。
4、完善幼儿个人档案，科学、公平、公正地评价幼儿，及时掌握幼儿的学习与发展情况，发挥个人档案的作用。教师根据档案及时调整改进自己的`教育教学。
