大家好！我是xx县公安局的xx。我演讲的题目是《警察我无悔的选择》。

警察是公平和正义

的化身，刚强和力量的代表。说到这个职业，也许大多数人认为它更适合男性。那么，警察的职业真的与女性无关吗？妇女不能在警察岗位上取得成就吗？

今天，我想通过我自己亲身的经历，告诉女性同胞们一个道理，不论是那种职业，不论在那个岗位上，只要我们勇于努力，敢于奉献，我们和男同志一样，可以干出成绩，撑起“半边天”。

还记得当初,我刚刚从省警校毕业，分配到————县公安局刑警大队搞刑事技术时，我作为当时仅有的几名“科班”出身警察，每当遇到案子，自然得和那些男警察们一样，去冲锋陷阵。搞刑事技术工作，要经常与各种死尸打交道的，面对那一具具高度腐烂、臭气熏天的尸体，我呕吐过，一起案件现场过后，我甚至几天都吃不下饭。老实说，我后悔当初选择了警察这个职业。

可每当我早晨起来，穿上那身藏青色的警服时，走在上班的路上，出现在群众的眼光中时，一种神圣的职业自豪感却随之油然而生。这时，我意识到我真的热爱警察事业。一身庄严的警服，常在同学朋友中换来些许艳羡的目光，可真正深入到这个职业中去，我感受到了身上责任的重大。

从一名刑事技术员到刑警队的教导员、到县公安局政工科长，再到主管刑侦的副局长，其间滋味，有甜有苦,如人饮水，冷暖自知。但我从未忘记，作为一名警察，我肩负着神圣的责任。我也一直告诫自己不要甘心做盆景，纤细的臂膀依然可以肩负起人民赋予的神圣使命。

警察很努力。作为一名女警，作为一名妻子和母亲，会有更多的困难。这不是对丈夫和儿子没有愧疚感。当我儿子不到三个月大时，我去上班了。

因为路远，每天早出晚归，陪伴他的时间很少，甚至在他生病不适时，为了不耽误工作，也就只有狠狠心把他丢给了家人。

今年1月，我被提拔为县公安局政治工程处处长。作为一名长期从事刑侦业务工作的警察，第一次担当全局民警的“大管家”，既要抓队伍的思想政治工作、又要抓民警的教育管理，还有组织、人事、宣传、工资、福利、工、青、妇、计划生育、老干部工作等等，其中的工作量之大，非一般人所能承受。更何况对于我，一个以前从未接触过的生手，其中的苦累自不必说。

但我并没有被困难吓倒。我带领政治和工程系仅有的两名警察加班加点，把一切都安排得井井有条。思想政治工作总体上走在全市前列。

xx年10月，我再次受命，分管全局刑侦工作，上任第一天就发生了“”杀人抛尸案，经过我和民警们6个多小时的努力，快速锁定犯罪嫌疑人，于第二日下午5时在西安火车站将犯罪嫌疑人杨鲁史抓获。然而考验才刚刚开始，案子一个接一个，xx年9月11日，————县交管站一名干部在孤山镇被人伤害致死，我和刑警队的同志们整整奋战了18个昼夜，18天中我们没有好好睡过一个安稳觉，经常一干就是一个通宵，最终于9月28日，在宁夏石嘴山将犯罪嫌疑人抓获。本以为，此案拿下后，可以歇歇了，然而一波未平，一波又起，就在9月28日当天，我们又接到了一起报案，老高川乡哈喇界沟村一家三口人被人杀害后焚尸，我再次受命带领民警展开侦查，抽丝剥茧，寻踪觅迹，历时67天后，我们再次成功将此案告破。

当然这样的案例还又很多，我们就在这一次一次的发案、破案中历练着自己的意志，奉献着自己的汗水，乃至鲜血和生命。

也许，有人会问，在这个物欲横流的社会里，没有高薪，没有优越的环境，没有耀眼的光环，是什么力量让你作为一名女警察，还如此爱岗敬业、忠诚奉献?

记住，一位伟人说过：人活着不是为了活着，任何想要过上美好而有意义的生活得人都必须有丰富的理想和目标。

既然我选择了警察这个职业，那就意味着奉献和奉献。我不想说什么大道理，可是，身为一名人民警察，每天，想到单位里的千头万绪，想到案件未结，想到群众期待的眼神，让你怎能耽误，又何忍放弃呢?

当然，我多年不懈的努力，也得到了组织的认可和各级各界领导的充分肯定，我先后13次被省、市、县表彰为先进工作者，被省委政法委、省公安厅表彰为全省人民满意政法干警、“巾帼杯能手”、优秀政工干部。10月xx日，当选为中共县委纪律检查委员会委员。与那些素不相识、为公安事业努力奋斗的老警察相比，我是幸运的。

所以我很感动，很开心，也很满足。

工作着是美丽的!回头想来，警察这份职业带给我的，已不再仅仅是简单的自豪感和虚荣心的满足，更多的已沉淀为一份历久弥坚的情愫。走在阳光灿烂的大街上，花朵簇拥的公园里，夜深人静的小巷中，看到老人的如霜白发,孩子天真的笑颜,人们忙碌的身影,我的内心常常为自己所从事的职业所感动。

现在，我已经走上了副局长的岗位，生活为我打开了另一扇门。站在门外，我告诉自己，唯有不断的学习，才能不断的进步，因为我是一个人民警察，因为我热爱我的事业——认识到这一点，我相信我一定会不负众望，无悔党和人民的重托、无悔法律、无悔神圣的公安事业。

中国是一个有着五千年历史的文明古国，中华民族素来是有一个温文尔雅、落落大方、前工礼让的文明礼仪之邦，荀子云：“不学礼无以立，人无礼则不生，事无礼则不成，国无礼则不宁。”文明礼仪不仅是我们学习、生活的根基，而且是我们将来展翅飞翔的肩膀。

古语有言：“诚于中而形于外。”礼仪是一个人乃至一个民族、一个国家文化修养和道德修养的外在表现形式。

当我们的举手投足、音容笑貌得体而优雅时，会让人感觉如沐春风，自己在与人交往时也会信心百倍。周总理在这方面是我们的楷模。他身为国家总理，却是谦虚恭敬，彬彬有礼，出处处以礼待人：

侍者端茶给他时，他常常站起来，双手捧茶，微笑着点头致谢；外出视察工作，每到一个地方，他总是和服务员、厨师、警卫员一一握手，亲切地道谢；即使在半夜回家的路上，他也礼貌地开车让外宾先走。外国记者赞美到：“大凡见到他的人都认为他具有一中魅力，精明智慧，人品非凡的令人神往。

”周总理逝世时，一些外国报纸说：“全世界向他致敬，没有人唱反调，这是罕见的事情。”这就是独当一面的大国风范。

然而，同样是位居重职，清朝大臣李鸿章却因小小的细节问题而有截然不同的下场。李鸿章曾经当过使节，在公众场合随地吐痰，并受到外国记者的嘲笑。吐了一口痰，事何其小，丢了自己的人格，也无所谓大；但丢了国格，损害了民族的尊严，还能以小视之吗？

从清朝末年到今天，我们的物质文明正以越来越快的速度发展，可是，我们有时遗憾地发现我们的文明素质在某些方面仍原地踏步，比如上面的事例。中国有无数我们引以为豪的秀丽风光，更有“礼仪之邦”的美称。然而，美丽的风景还在，文明礼仪还有多少？

反过来看看我们自身吧。在一中新校区这个怡人的环境中，还存在着一些与文明不太相衬的现象，种种陋习给美丽的校园留下了一串串不和谐的音符。例如，早期食堂插队现象普遍；在宿舍不时有高空抛物，从天而降下一袋袋垃圾；在**电影后，往往留下形形色色的废纸、零食包装袋等等……也许，当你下一次想这么做婶，请你望望后面苦苦排队等待的同学；请看宿舍垃圾桶旁的绿草；请想想努力工作的阿姨出汗的情况也许，你会犹豫的。

在队里多等一会儿又多难？将垃圾随手带到楼下又有何难？将废纸随身带走放进垃圾桶又有何难？

你也许会看见别人不遵守秩序，此时你可以走上去礼貌地劝阻，抑或是干脆洁身自好。正所谓“行为坦荡是潇洒，无愧天地自风流。”

今年是～奥运年，这个月又是“学雷锋月”。作为祖国的青少年，我们应该做些什么？美国的爱默生说过：

“彬彬有利的风度，主要是自我克制的表现。”所以，这就需要我们从小事做起，从身边做起，时时刻刻克制自己。讲文明语言，做文明学生；遵守校规校纪，不乱仍垃圾；仪表整洁大方；团结同学、互帮互助；爱护花草树木、公共设施；节俭的生活并不比吃穿，浪费食物好；在家尊敬长辈，孝敬父母，体谅父母工作的辛苦等等。

社会的全面进步，不仅体现在物质的丰富和技术的先进，更体现在精神的完善和人格的高尚。这就需要我们在弘扬中华民族优秀的传统礼仪基础上，重建新的、体现时代要求的文明礼仪，让中国在成为经济强国的同时，也成为新世纪的“礼仪之邦”！

大家好！

今天我演讲的题目是《共建文明礼仪校园》。谈到文明礼仪，我想大家并不陌生，在我小学的时候，老师经常教育我们要讲文明礼仪，小时候的我人并不理解，只知道文明礼仪就是向老师问好，当然向老师问好也是文明礼仪的一方面，但除了这一点还有很多等着我们去遵守，下面就把文明礼仪应注意的三点给大家做介绍：

一、青少年仪表形象；

二、招呼称呼文明礼节；同学相处师生交往。我们必须注意以上三点礼仪教育，它涉及社会生活的方方面面。从内容上看：

仪容、举止、服饰、淡吐、待人接物等，从个人方面看：个人礼仪公共场所礼仪，待客与作客礼仪等。

在学校中穿校服带校徽主动向老师问好，是最基本的礼仪表现，进老师办公室或宿舍时，应先敲门，经老师允许后方可进入。在教师的生活和工作中，你不能随意翻动老师的东西。学生对老师的相貌和衣着，不应指指点点，评头论足，要尊重老师的习惯和人格。

同学间深厚的友谊是一种团结友爱的力量。注重学生之间的礼仪是获得学生之间良好友谊的礼量。注意同学间的礼仪，是获得良好同学关系的基本要求，同学间可彼此直呼其名，但不能用“喂”“哎”等一些礼貌用语。

这会影响同学之间关系。

一个好的习惯要从小养成，文明礼仪也一样，就让我们从现在开始，倡导文明，做文明礼仪的工程师，倡导文明，做文明新人，共建文明礼仪校园吧！
