课前一分钟的小演讲活动旨在为学生创造更多的是间和空间，体验英语学习的乐趣，从而
展学生的综合语言运用能力。
英语课前一分钟的演讲活动有助于调动学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生学习英语的兴趣；有利于因材施教，克服课堂教学的局限性，满足学生学习的多样性
性；有利于增加英语实践的机会，培养创新合作精神，培养智力和个性，展示才华；有利
提高学生的跨文化交际意识，培养学生的合作意识和集体观念； 有利于“师生之间建立起一
种超越课堂教育范围的纽带”。在每节英语课之前，我安排一个学生去舞台上做小英语演讲：所谓的小演讲是英语
自我介绍，讲述自己的经历，一段对话，一首诗，一个故事或一篇文章
即使是一部短剧也能教给学生一句谚语、一首诗等等。说到生词和短语，课前
写在黑板上，鼓励学生课后阅读，课后收集生词，促进学生之间的合作学习。
让学生上台讲成语、名言、谚语。他们将坚持多年，并产生巨大的影响。 在讲之前，学生必须先做
准备、阅读和记忆故事内容，理解成语故事（名言或谚语）的原义和实践教育
意义。最重要的是要站在舞台上，举止大方，声音洪亮。讲完以后，同学之间相互评
价，指出优缺点。这样，经过很长一段时间，学生的听说能力在不知不觉中得到了提高。每
一天一分钟，时间不长，却无形中教给学生很多生活的真谛。我经常让学生选择围绕以下主题发表英语演讲：
1. 单词联想。
老师给了一个词，例如：食物。学生可以用它来分组单词和讲一个英语故事。
2. 看图说话。
老师找出有针对性的**，让学生展开丰富的想象，说说自己说看到或者联想到的东西。例如：我可以看到蓝天
