As everyone knows，English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well，we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it，the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

On a Saturday morning. I went to have breakfast. I felt there was a terrible smell and went over to have a look carefully. I found that there was a big pile of banana skins giving out the then a young fellow holding a dustpan rubbish to walk towards here . He raised his hands, The big pile of rubbish was here. Looking at this , I remembered another act : There is a stream through our village. Over it there are two bridges the age of seven years old , I enjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. It was the best place to swim in summer. But now the rubbish was getting more and more leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens…r rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite gh the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.
What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. The adults often say "The body is capital." But why are they able to make woollen cloth like this ? Does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ?

很荣幸今天有这样一个机会让我在这里向大家汇报一下自己的工作。屈指算来，自己走出校门登上讲台如今已过十个年头了，长久以来，自己真的还没有认真回顾过这一段人生历程，今天借此机会也算对自己十年工作的一个审视自省吧。
真的是弹指一挥间，十年的光阴就在这三尺讲台上日复一日年复一年的悄然逝去，不经意间，忽然发现身边的前辈们不知何时已悄然离开了讲台，身影不在，自己不知何时也已经悄悄步入中年行列。回首当年也曾意气风发，想要在工作上轰轰烈烈，想要在人生路上大展宏图，然而当曾经高涨的热情渐渐沉淀在这除了平凡还是平凡的工作岗位上时，我终于明白了，在这里没有令人称羡的丰功伟绩，没有震撼人心的惊天动地，也没有令人眼光缭乱的灯红酒绿，更没有炫丽夺目的鲜花光环，和那令人羡慕的鼓鼓的腰包。在这里有的只是书本相伴，寂寞相随，有的只是一方黑板三尺讲台，和一辈子的默默无闻，一生的平平淡淡，还有富人眼中的清贫。
转眼间十年过去了，扪心自问，我热爱这份工作吗?我热爱教师这个职业吗?
曾经为了备好每一节课，我经常把书本带回家，为了上好一节课，我把教案多次修改;每当从课堂中走出来后，常常会因上了一堂令自己满意的课而欢欣愉悦，也会因为某处环节的不如人意而闷闷不乐，身心不畅;多少次课堂上学生们的一个精彩回答让我激动不已，测试中学生们的点滴进步让我欣喜万分;面对不理想的成绩我焦急上火不安难眠，面对不爱学习的同学我耐心地鼓励劝勉;忘不了每次公开课准备过程中的疲惫与劳累，更忘不了之后满盈于心的收获与充实;也常常感动于忙碌中学生的一句关心，假期中学生的一声问候;感动于师生间的坦然相处，温馨相待，感动于师生间的会心一笑，默契自在不言中;最爱看的是学生们那求知的专著眼神;最爱听的是学生们那句真诚的问候”老师，你好”;最难忘的是学生们拿到通知书后那张张映红的笑脸。
一幕一幕，点点滴滴，历历在目，这一切的一切早已融入我的生活，渗透在我的生命的血液中了。不必再说热爱与否，我知道我是最适合教师这个职业的，教师这个职业也是最适合我的。
回首十年，没有惊风骇浪，没有轰轰烈烈，更没有什么丰功伟绩值得评说，每天每天踩着朝辉而来，踏着夕阳而去，有的只是一如既往的默默无闻，本本分分，认认真真，踏踏实实平凡而又充实忙碌的每一天，而且还将在这岁月的轮回中慢慢地乐此不疲的走下去，这是多少教师先辈们曾经走过的路，也将是我和后来的年青教师们将一直走下去的路，我不求有它，但求俯仰无愧我心。

It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.
As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy said, “Ideal is the beaconWithout ideal, there is no secure direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .But everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse ,your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

20__年，在公司“团结、规范、执行、升级”工作方针下，我作为一名普通的业务员，能真真体会到市场带给企业的压力和给我的动力!其实从20__年6月份刚入公司开始，到7月份下广东市场开发高端食品行业，一方面我们恒瑞在这个新的市场、新的行业中，在没有基础，没有客户资源，没有样板客户等条件下，市场开括起来困难重重;一方面是客户不太信任我们产品，想要从其他客户手中抢到一部分市场，只有凭借公司过硬的产品和一颗执着的恒心，再加上各位领导及同仁们，始终站在我身后，给予了很多的帮助与支持，让我有幸坚持一路走了过来，没有半途而费。
事实上，对于我们这个变性淀粉销售行业而言，是一个出结果和成绩相对较为缓慢的过程，(就像竹子的生长一样，竹子用4年的时间仅仅长了3cm，在第五年开始，以每天30cm的速度疯狂的生长，仅仅用6周就可以长到15米，其实在前面的4年，竹子将根在土壤里延伸了数百米。)我们也是一样只要坚持不断的去前进，终归收获客户与业绩。业绩一点一点，一步一个台阶走出了一点成绩，从刚开始连续4月没业绩，到第5月的第一个客户才半吨货，半年才实现了3吨的业务量。曾经的一度灰心，是领导、同事们的支持、帮助下，通过努力20__年实现71吨的销量;20__年更是突破了300吨，并成功开发了6个新客户，可以说是从量变到质变的升级。
以上，也仅仅说明20__年的一点工作回顾，还谈不上成绩。20__年，坚持“强化、深化、细化”工作思路下，围绕高端品逐步体现出来的优势，加大业务销量和开发新客户的力度，以落实强化、深化、细化工作，我也力争在高端品领域实现自己更大的突破，力争实现600吨销量的目标任务。我相信，我能做到，同时，也鼓励新加入我们销售团队的同仁们，只要努力，只要坚持，付出总会得到回报的!

Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty.
As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon's tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon's mouth.
